Linea is a layer-2 network for Ethereum built by Consensys, the company behind MetaMask, that uses zero-knowledge proofs to bundle transactions and settle them on Ethereum. Fees on Linea are paid in ETH, and part of network revenue burns both ETH and LINEA. The LINEA token is used for ecosystem incentives.
